The Illuminated Oven is a small bakery with a simple dream: Make delicious recipes showcasing the best local and wholesome ingredients as we can find. Since 2010, we’ve been working with local farms and vendors, tailoring our recipes to the ebb and flow of what is in season. We have a full wholesale menu of sweet and savory items; cookies and scones, quiche and handpies, muffins and tarts.
